She drank what?
In a stomach-churning video posted on Facebook, this woman claims that drinking her dog’s urine has cured her of her acne.

Lyn Lew, who is a self-proclaimed blogger and animal lover, said, “Many of you have asked me how I always look so good, how my makeup always looks so perfect, or how I always have this natural glow.”
In the 1:26 long clip, she then proceeds to lead her dog to a tree where it begins to urinate. As her pet is doing this, she collects the pee in a plastic cup.
After the dog is done with its business, she then downs the liquid in full, and even licks the rim of the cup after.
The footage then shows her saying: “Until I first drank my dog’s pee, I was depressed, I was sad, and I had bad acne.”
“Dog pee also has vitamin A in it, vitamin E in it, and it has 10 grams of calcium, and it’s also proven to help cure cancer.”
Though the practice of drinking urine was done in ancient China, Rome, Egypt, and Greece, there have been no studies that provide sufficient evidence that it’s beneficial for the health.
Experts warn that drinking pee is not hygienic and that urine can contain toxins and that the body expels them for a reason.
Joy McCarthy, a holistic nutritionist, told Allure that dog urine could contain toxins or even poisons such as herbicides used for treating gardens lawns.
She said: “Herbicides have been detected in dog’s urine, likely from herbicide-treated lawns, antibiotics, and hormones, so I really don’t know that it’s the safest choice.”
