Which doesn’t surprise us at all, because LOOK AT HIM.
That face could launch a thousand… chips!
Along with his human fur-rents, the pampered pooch loves to go on food-ventures all over Los Angeles.
Popeye doesn’t just give us major food envy with every post (excuse me while I cry into my bowl of reheated leftovers).
He also makes us squeal with delight at his utterly adorable puppy costumes!
He even matches his outfits with the theme of the restaurant he’s at!
Like this ridiculously tiny sombrero while posing in front of a droolworthy plate of tacos at a Mexican restaurant.

We don’t know which we like better… the food, or the canine?
