Former Disney Channel actor Dylan Sprouse reportedly confronted a “creepy guy” outside his Hollywood Hills property and restrained him on the ground while police were on the way
In the early hours of Friday (17 April), Sprouse’s wife, Hungarian model Barbara Palvin, contacted authorities to report what she believed was an attempted break-in at the couple’s Spanish-style 1920s home.
According to officials, the call to the LAPD came in at about 12.30am.
Sprouse — best known for appearing with twin brother Cole Sprouse in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody — allegedly brought the intruder down on the front lawn, a representative told Rolling Stone.
He then reportedly held the man there until officers arrived. Police later took the suspect in for questioning due to outstanding warrants, per the Los Angeles Times.
Authorities said the man never got inside the home, and no injuries were reported.
TMZ, citing unnamed sources, alleged that the Beautiful Disaster actor held the suspected would-be intruder at gunpoint.
The outlet also published video showing a man, with his face blurred, being handcuffed beside a police vehicle.
Neither Sprouse nor Palvin — who married in 2023 — has publicly addressed the incident.
Sprouse did, however, post on Instagram on Saturday (18 April), appearing to show he was at Crypto.com Arena to watch the Los Angeles Lakers defeat the Houston Rockets 107–98.
As news circulated online, some fans shared messages of support in the comments.

Sprouse has also spoken in past interviews about high-profile relationships from his childhood, including dating fellow former Disney star Miley Cyrus before he married Palvin.
