The ex-wife of Donald Trump, Ivana Trump, intended to leave millions to her dog, Tiger, in her will.
“Tiger was her best friend. She loved that dog,” someone close to the family reported. “Tiger was always getting under her feet and snapping at everyone but her. Ivana didn’t care.”
“Tiger was all she had. She died a single woman. Her children were grown up — and she would have been totally alone if not for Tiger. I wouldn’t be surprised if she left millions in her will to Tiger.”
Ivana died on Thursday when she fell down a flight of stairs. She had suffered blunt impact injuries to her torso after the fall inside her Upper East Side apartment, according to the New York Medical Examiner.
She was declared dead when paramedics arrived her house. She was 73 years old.
In 1977, Ivana wed Donald Trump, becoming his first wife. Together, they have three children: Don Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. They had a troubled relationship that included a notorious affair with Marla Maples.
In 1992, Ivana and Trump got divorced. Because of their postnuptial agreement, she received $14 million, a mansion in Connecticut, and a city apartment.
Trump posted a comment on social media in the wake of her passing.
“She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana.”
