Kanye West recently made a return to Instagram, using the platform to criticize a woman who commented negatively on Bianca Censori’s ‘naked’ outfit at the Grammys.
If you weren’t aware, West’s wife, Bianca Censori, created a buzz with her choice of attire on the Grammys red carpet on Sunday (February 2).
As an Australian model and an employee for West’s fashion brand Yeezy, Censori has often been in the news for her wardrobe selections, which are known for being quite revealing.
This past Sunday, she once again drew attention when the 30-year-old took off a black fur coat to disclose a sheer outfit underneath, seemingly opting out of wearing underwear.
A ‘rumor’ soon spread on social media suggesting that the pair had been thrown out of the prestigious event, a claim Kanye refuted.
Despite this, the couple now faces criticism from those disapproving of Censori’s daring attire.
Photographer and art director Chiara Glionna shared a post on Instagram that was originally uploaded by renowned photographer Alessia Glaviano.
The post stated: “Seeing all these posts of a man at the Grammys, fully dressed, while his wife is nearly naked is deeply unsettling. This isn’t a fashion statement—it’s a display of power and control, a reminder of how women’s bodies are still objectified while men remain covered, protected, and in command.”
The post, which garnered thousands of likes, went on to say: “At a time when women’s rights are under attack across the world, and conservative, misogynistic ideals are creeping back into politics and culture, this kind of imagery feels even more insidious. A woman is not an accessory, a statement piece, or an object for the male gaze. I actually feel sorry for her.
“And honestly, I don’t understand how this isn’t obvious to everyone—why do people keep posting it like it’s something cool?”
Chiara Glionna appears to be facing backlash on Instagram from the artist behind “Gold Digger.”
Among the mere five posts on West’s Instagram grid, two specifically target Glionna.
One post features a screenshot of Glionna’s comment: “It’s an easy win when a man puts a naked woman on the screen.”
The second post is a screenshot of Glionna in a nude photoshoot, to which West captioned: “Easy win.”
This exchange occurred as West shared Google search statistics about the Grammys showing that ‘Bianca Censori Grammys’ was more searched than the Grammy winners of 2025.
Kanye remarked: “For clarity February 4th 2025, my wife is the most Googled person on the planet called earth.”
However, others have criticized West, suggesting it’s ‘sad’ that he is ‘using [his] wife’s body to get relevant’.
Conversely, some have defended Censori’s bold fashion choices as ‘art,’ which has been a recognized practice for millennia.
Reacting to her unexpected feature on West’s Instagram, the photographer replied: “Seriously, Mr. West?”
“And he is still not understanding the point of what I said… it’s not all [men] but always one of them.”
