According to a new book, Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, desires to raise her children like Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex raised theirs.
Katie Nicholl’s book The New Royals: Queen Elizabeth’s Legacy and the Future of the Crown says Kate Middleton admires the parenting styles employed by the Wessexes, who have a daughter named Lady Louise Windsor (18), and a son named James, Viscount Severn (12).
The youngsters, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip’s youngest grandchildren grew up without HRH titles and away from the media despite having working royal parents.
Nicholl asserted Despite being at the center of the Royal Family, Kate, 40, liked how Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex were able to offer their children a tranquil childhood.
During the epidemic, Sophie Wessex, 57, stated that she wished for her children to have a strong work ethic.
And when it was reported that Lady Louise Windsor had accepted summer work at a garden center after graduating from school in June of this year, she had heeded her mother’s advice.
It’s unknown what the garden center’s name and address are, but it’s believed that the Queen’s granddaughter made £6.83 per hour in her job.
Following in the footsteps of her 40-year-old cousin Prince William, the 18-year-old will attend the University of St Andrews after obtaining her A-Level results in August. Louise will read English; the Prince of Wales studied geography.
Whether Louise will serve as a working royal after graduation is still up in the air.

Following the Queen’s funeral in Westminster Abbey in London, Prince George and Princess Charlotte traveled to St. George’s Chapel in Windsor with their mother Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, for a Committal Service, where the Queen was laid to rest.

At Westminster Abbey, Prince George and Princess Charlotte of Wales were seated in the front row with their parents while they sang songs.
When the family arrived at Westminster Abbey, the Princess of Wales warmly gripped her daughter’s hand. She also patted her eldest son on the knee as the family took their seats for the service.
