Kim Kardashian’s strict rules for flying on her $150 million private jet

If you’re thinking about catching a flight with Kim Kardashian, be prepared to follow some serious rules. Even her family members aren’t exempt from these when flying on her lavish $150 million private jet.

In a conversation that aired on the Hulu series “The Kardashians”, the mogul laid down the law. The discussion took place as Kim and her sister Kendall Jenner were preparing to head to Milan for a Prada fashion show.

The rules came into sharp focus when Kendall mentioned her plan to get a spray tan before their flight. Kim’s reaction? Utter disbelief.

“A spray tan before my flight?” Kim questioned, shocked.

Kendall tried to reassure her, explaining, “No, it’s a three-hour one so I sit in it for three hours and then shower it off.”

However, Kim was not convinced. She expressed concern over the potential risk to her jet’s pristine condition, especially the cream cashmere seats. “You cannot get your spray tan on my cashmere seats,” she firmly stated.

Kim also highlighted the upscale amenities on her jet, which she affectionately calls Kim Air. “Let me know if you like any snacks because I have, like, waffles and I have a freezer so, like, I live it up on there,” she offered.

Yet, she quickly dismissed Kendall’s request for pasta as an in-flight meal, humorously pointing out, “We’re going to be in f–king Italy. We’re not going to eat pasta before we go.”

Kim’s private jet, which she acquired in 2021, took an entire year to be customized to her tastes. She’s very particular about the jet’s interior, which features a cream color scheme with cashmere finishes and leather seats, all designed to echo the style of her home.

In a previous episode of “The Kardashians,” Kim outlined additional rules for flying on her private jet, such as a no-shoes policy onboard. Instead, guests are provided with slippers from her Skims brand. She humorously added, “Don’t breathe. Don’t touch a thing.”

The interior design was a collaborative effort between Kim and designers Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez. The model of the jet is the same one owned by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. Kim’s investment in the private jet, including all its customizations, ultimately cost her about $150 million, as reported by TMZ.

She once gave a tour of the jet in what she called an “MTV Cribs for planes” during the show’s first season, where she shared, “I never dreamed I would own a plane. I wanted it to feel like an extension of me and an extension of my home.”

Clearly, flying with Kim Kardashian isn’t just a trip; it’s an experience with a strict set of luxurious rules.
