Kylie Jenner wants bigger breast implants, she said on a podcast Wednesday.
The “Kardashians” star, 29, told co-hosts Anastasia Karanikolaou, 29, and Victoria Villarroel on the “Better Half With Stas and Vic” podcast that she has been sizing up an upgrade for roughly a year. “I do want them bigger,” the makeup mogul confirmed. “I say it every day.”
“I want my tits to walk in before I do,” Jenner added on the podcast.
Karanikolaou quipped that her friend “has, like, an obsession with big tits.” The pals noted that Jenner initially hoped to schedule the procedure before her 29th birthday earlier this month. The Kylie Cosmetics founder said she “probably” will not go under the knife before turning 30 either, but she does plan to get her belly button pierced “just to experience it.”
“I want diamonds dripping from my belly button,” Jenner shared on the podcast. “Dripping everywhere.”
Jenner also revealed that her decision to name-drop her surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, during a viral social media exchange last year has sent a steady stream of callers to his office. “All the time … asking for [her] information,” she said Wednesday.
In the viral moment, a TikTok user had asked in June 2025 how Jenner obtained the “most perfect, natural” chest and got “them to sit like that, respectfully.” Jenner replied in a comment, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! … Hope this helps lol.” The 445 cc volume is estimated to fall between a D and DD cup depending on starting breast size, and a moderate profile is designed to appear the most natural, according to London’s Centre for Surgery.
On Wednesday’s episode, Jenner confirmed she singlehandedly runs her own social media accounts, including those for Kylie Cosmetics and Khy. “It’s just me,” she told listeners. “When I post things, I never really run it by anyone,” She added that she plans to “hand it off” to someone next year in order to “relax” since it “consumes a lot of [her] time.”
Jenner also addressed speculation that she and Karanikolaou had fallen out after the latter missed her birthday celebration. “I think it’s funny,” she said on the podcast. “I just really don’t care.” The two dismissed the rumors, with Karanikolaou pointing out that they simply “haven’t been hanging out as much as they used to.”
Jenner launched “Better Half With Stas and Vic” with Karanikolaou and Villarroel as a platform for unfiltered conversations about their lives, relationships, and business ventures.
