A ‘revolutionary’ new baby cushion that aims to make babies feel ‘held’ and advertised for busy parents has divided parent opinions online.

This video, posted by the makers of the Babocush, has been viewed over 10 million times with critics saying the cushion takes away precious parent-child time.
The Babocush mimics the head over the shoulder position of a baby laying on their parent’s chest and also claims to relieve the discomfort of colic, reflux and even prevent flat head syndrome.
It even has a built-in simulated heartbeat to soothe the infant.
“Very few parents have enough time in the day for their baby to constantly lie against their chest and many of us struggle to provide a safe and comfortable alternative,” say Babocush.
The raging debate has led Babocush to create a separate Facebook group for concerned parents and Babocush owners to offer one another support.
Many moms love the product, but some parents claim that babies lying on their front for extended periods of time are at risk of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) and suffocation.
Despite the ongoing safety debate, the $141 Babocush is selling out fast. And they do look pretty comfy.
Sadly, they don’t come in adult sizes.
