Jen Terry has downplayed the on-air tension between Kayda Bosse and Ariana Madix at the “Love Island USA” Season 8 reunion.
Terry, 23, who entered the Fiji villa as a bombshell this summer, said’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” that the moment “wasn’t a big deal in person.” The model admitted she has not watched the full reunion broadcast, though she did see the circulated clip of Bosse’s exchange with Madix.
“I don’t know if that [shade] was towards [Madix],” Terry said in the interview. “That wasn’t a big deal in person.”
Terry indicated she was surprised by the optics, suggesting the moment may have been edited for maximum drama. She said she “wouldn’t expect that” type of behavior from Bosse and believed the moment was “clipped” to look like she was shading Madix.
“But I don’t know,” Terry admitted.
The confrontation between Bosse and Madix erupted during a segment focused on Jaiden Bacciocco and Caleb McDaniel, the Casa Amor couple voted least compatible by their fellow Islanders. “It’s really not that harsh, babe,” Bosse fired back at the host.
