Maloof Brothers Net Worth: A Billion Dollar Las Vegas Family
The Maloof Brothers, part of a prominent Las Vegas family of business property owners, have a net worth of $1 billion. Originally of Lebanese descent, the Maloofs’ success began with distributing Coors Beer in the Southwest U.S. in 1937. The family also owned the Sacramento Kings from 1998-2013.
After the passing of George J. Maloof, Sr., his wife Colleen assumed control of the Maloof operation. Under her leadership, the family expanded their beer and liquor distribution operations and opened their first gaming property in 1992. The Maloof Companies have built a business model for diversified success based on customer service, a strong work ethic, energy, and vision.
In addition to their business ventures, brothers Joe and Gavin Maloof founded the Maloof Money Cup in 2008. The competition is a showcase for professional and amateur skateboarders and is held within U.S. events of the U.S. Pro Men’s and Women’s Street Championships, the U.S. Pro Vert Championships, and the Maloof Money Cup AM Championships. The competition also has a spring New York date and an autumn South Africa date entitled the Maloof Money Cup World Skateboarding Championships.
