Modern Family Star Ariel Winter Sells $2.65M Nashville Home After Fleeing Los Angeles

Ariel Winter is unloading her Nashville-area mansion at a steep loss after publicly declaring she wanted out of Los Angeles.

The “Modern Family” alum, 28, has listed her four-bedroom College Creek, Tennessee home for $2,650,000, real estate records show. She bought the property in 2022 for $2,999,900, meaning the asking price reflects roughly a $250,000 drop in value.

The two-story house sits on.43 acres inside a gated luxury community and features four-and-a-half bathrooms, a three-car garage, and newly finished hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a butler’s pantry, a coffee bar, and a walk-in pantry, while a wet bar, covered porch, fireplace, and gated fence round out the amenities.

The community itself pitches a vacation lifestyle to residents, with access to a golf course, pools, a spa, fitness facilities, dining options, tennis and pickleball courts, trails, and equestrian amenities.

Winter’s decision to sell comes after she spoke candidly to the outlet about her cross-country relocation and her complicated relationship with her hometown.

“I would prefer to not live in LA,” the Los Angeles native said while promoting Season 2 of “The Sisters Grimm” on Apple TV.

“I don’t really love LA, but I have all of my people there, which I think is what makes it really tough to leave.”

“I also wanted to get away from paparazzi, and just live a normal life and it gave me that!”

Despite her preference for Tennessee, Winter has maintained ties to the West Coast. When she is in Los Angeles, she stays with “Modern Family” co-star Nolan Gould, who played her television brother on the long-running ABC sitcom.

The listing describes the home as move-in ready and ideal for entertaining, though it remains in “coming soon” status ahead of its official market debut.
