No Dispute Over Aaron Carter’s Money: Family Wants His Son to Have It

Aaron Carter’s family members are all on the same page regarding the late singer’s money, and his mother, at the very least, feels that this will prevent any squabbles over Aaron’s assets.

Jane Carter stated that the family’s goal is for everything from his estate, which probate documents value at $550K in real estate and personal belongings, to go to 1-year-old Prince, since they want to ensure the child’s care as he grows up.

Given that Aaron was unmarried and died without a will, that’s how things would operate legally anyhow.

Jane believes this won’t turn into a messy legal scenario, adding that Aaron would’ve wanted everything to go to his kid and that the family doesn’t need the money anyhow.

Jane claims she and Aaron’s siblings have yet to meet Prince; Melanie, Aaron’s ex-mother, fiancée’s presently has custody. She says that the family would want to develop a relationship with Prince and Melanie.

Angel, Aaron’s twin sister, submitted a petition this week to act as administrator of Aaron’s estate, and Jane says she urged Angel to do so.

According to Jane, Aaron reached out to his brother Nick in the weeks leading up to his death, wanting to make amends. Unfortunately, Nick was on tour in Europe, but she claims he promised to contact Aaron once he returned to the United States. Unfortunately, that never occurred.
