Pair Investing Six Figures Annually in Biohacking Adhere to Rigorous Daily Regimen for Longevity to ‘Age 150’

A couple deeply invested in biohacking, who spend large sums of money on their health, have shared their rigorous daily routines aimed at maintaining youthfulness.

Kayla Barnes-Lentz recently disclosed to The Independent her long-standing commitment to longevity. Remarkably, before committing to her husband, Warren, she requested his medical lab results during their second phone call.

The goal for this couple is to reach a healthy age of 150, dedicating their lives to bodily enhancement.

At 33, Barnes-Lentz confessed that before meeting Warren, 36, face-to-face, she sought detailed information about his health and biology.

This was to ensure he was a suitable lifelong partner, considering her century-spanning longevity plans.

Barnes-Lentz pointed out a crucial distinction between herself and another biohacker, Bryan Johnson.

While Johnson aspires to live indefinitely, she desires to outlive her husband, rather than aiming for immortality.

Her goal is to surpass the age of 120, inspired by the late Jeanne Calment, who lived until 122 and passed away in 1997.

Describing their health-centric lifestyle, Barnes-Lentz detailed how the couple’s daily regime begins from the moment they wake up, aiming to “set the tone for our day by optimising our mind and body.”

She explained: “Warren wakes up a little earlier than I do, but we both prioritise our morning workouts and getting sun as soon as it peaks up!

“Other morning activities that we do together are PEMF or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy. We have a clinical-grade device in our home that we use in the mornings together.”

In the afternoons, their routine includes soaking up sunlight and possibly enjoying a ‘cold tub’ session.

They also utilize a hyperbaric chamber, which boosts their lung capacity to absorb more oxygen, though they must take turns since it accommodates only one person.

Evenings are reserved for an “early organic dinner together.”

She remarked: “I cook our meals at home, and we typically eat around 5:30 pm. After dinner, we go for another walk.

“Then, we do a sauna session to start our wind-down routine. Red lights go on in our house at sunset.

“We are in bed by 9 pm every night.”

Their day begins naturally with the use of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, followed by exercise routines.

Afterward, they spend 10 to 30 minutes basking in the sun during a morning walk before sharing an organic, homemade breakfast.

Later, they enjoy the afternoon sun and nature, followed by a cold plunge, and take turns in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. They also use NanoVi technology during work hours to repair daily cell damage.

Their evening schedule includes an early dinner at 5:30 p.m., a leisurely walk, a sauna session, turning on red lights at sunset, and retiring to bed by 9 p.m.

It’s quite a rigorous and active schedule.

Barnes-Lentz expressed that she has been “optimising my own body in preparation for motherhood for years.”

She noted: “I have helped my husband optimise his biology pre-conception [too] because we know that the mother and father’s health impacts the health of the children.

“I will be doing in-depth labs during my pregnancy so we can gather never-before-seen data on women during pregnancy.”
