This Is What Classic Disney Movies Would Look Like If Directed By Tim Burton

Andrew Tarusov is a Russian artist now living in California, US, who wondered what would happen if the colorful world of Disney met the dark, empty-eyed style of director Tim Burton.

And the results are awesome.

The illustrations manage to be cute and scary at the same time.

And we’re super impressed with how perfectly Andrew recreates Tim Burton’s gothic style.

We want to believe these are real movies.

And Helena Bonham-Carter can play every female role, obviously.

Even the happiest films are given a spooky twist.

Jasmine and Aladdin’s vacant stares are the best/worst things ever.

Just Simba and Rafiki gatecrashing the Nightmare Before Christmas set.

Flounder and Sebastian have seen terrible, terrible things.

But Snow White’s had a badass makeover.
