When the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) insisted on getting a statement from Officer PC Peach of the West Midlands Police Department relating to an altercation he had with a criminal, they probably didn’t realise that PC Peach was in fact a K9 police dog. Despite being informed of this, they persisted with their demands, so the department decided to send them the following statement they so badly wanted.
