Texts Reveal Married Doctor Admitted Torrid Affair With LI Stripper Was ‘Worst Mistake of My Life’ According to Report

Married New York doctor Keith Hoerning has filed new court documents claiming his stripper ex-mistress threatened his family and extorted him.

Keith Hoerning, 51, a wealthy family physician from Long Island, submitted the filing Thursday in Suffolk County court containing screenshots of alleged text exchanges with Rosana Kissoon, 39, as their 18-month affair collapsed into a $1 million lawsuit. The new documents paint a darker picture than the initial reports of a simple extramarital dalliance gone wrong.

In a sworn affirmation contained in the filing, Hoerning admitted, “I met Rosana Kissoon and developed a relationship with her that reflects the worst mistake of my life.”

“Capitalizing on my mistake, Ms Kissoon began demanding money from me on the threat of exposing our secret relationship to my family, and she engaged in other threatening and menacing behavior,” he continued.

Hoerning’s attorneys argue the text messages demonstrate Kissoon used the threat of exposure to extract money from the married doctor. The filing alleges Kissoon threatened to “end” his family and have his father-in-law killed as the affair deteriorated.

The alleged threats escalated dramatically in the final weeks of the relationship. In one exchange, Kissoon allegedly wrote, “Are u willing to pay me to let this go and leave u alone,” followed by complaints that Hoerning prioritized his wife over her.

“All I wanted was for you to try and make us happy. You never even try,” Kissoon allegedly wrote. “U are only doing this for that relationship not ours.”

The messages grew more menacing from there. “I will get him killed,” Kissoon allegedly wrote about Hoerning’s father-in-law. “If he’s why we cant be together.”

Hoerning allegedly responded with “I don’t want you to hurt anyone,” and repeatedly begged her to stop.

In another exchange, Kissoon allegedly ordered, “From now on you will only pay me,” and minutes later declared, “I want u dead.”

“If i [cant] be with u I’ll end ur family,” she allegedly threatened.

Hoerning allegedly apologized and wrote, “I’m sorry,” and “I don’t understand what happened.”

The financial demands intensified as Kissoon allegedly sought compensation for the affair’s end. “I want it all,” she allegedly wrote. “You said you will pay for my car…You want her ok…It will be a price ok.”

“I can’t be if you keep acting this way,” Hoerning allegedly replied, later admitting “I paid bc you told me.”

Kissoon allegedly admitted in another thread, “It’s over…I never cared about u…I used u,” followed by nine separate messages reading, “I want to call her,” apparently referring to Hoerning’s wife, Nicole.

“I don’t know why u are being like this…Please stop…Pleas [sic] just stop,” Hoerning allegedly begged in response.

Hoerning claimed in his filing that “The present lawsuit appears to be an attempt to continue menacing and embarrassing me, now out in the spotlight of public litigation filings, even though the suit is completely meritless on the substance.”

Kissoon has disputed the extortion allegations. Her attorney, Michael Treanor, previously rejected claims that his client pursued Hoerning for financial gain and insisted she believed the couple were building a life together.

“When I took on this case, it didn’t strike me as a gold-digger situation,” Treanor previously told a publication. “It struck me that she cared for him.”

“She found out she wasn’t going to have that, and then Keith brought the whole legal system and judicial and police force on her,” he added.

In the viral moment that preceded this legal battle, Kissoon filed her $1 million lawsuit in Suffolk County court after Hoerning attempted to have her arrested as their affair imploded. The pair allegedly exchanged fawning “I love you” texts during their 18-month relationship, which Hoerning now describes as the “worst mistake of his life.” The doctor claims his substantial cash payments were not romantic gestures but responses to increasingly volatile demands, while Kissoon’s camp maintains the money represented voluntary financial support during what she understood to be a genuine relationship.

The case continues to unfold in Suffolk County court as both sides present competing narratives of a relationship that began with affectionate messages and ended with alleged death threats and a seven-figure lawsuit.
