Felix The Train Station Cat Finally Gets A Purr-motion After 5 Years Of Service

Huddersfield train station in the UK has one very important, very fluffy member of staff; Felix is the resident mouse catcher and has just received his first promotion.

This is Felix, a professionally-trained mouse catcher.

He helps out with other jobs too, like greeting morning commuters.

And after 5 years dedicated service, he’s been promoted to Senior Pest Controller with a shiny new badge and hi-vis vest.

So now he’s keeping a beady eye out for any kind of pests that could upset the passengers.

And liaising with the other departments to make sure the station is in purr-fect order.

Felix keeps a close eye on the train schedule — he hates delays.

And although he’s very happy to have been promoted…

… he hopes he doesn’t have to spend too much time in the office. Unless it has a nice comfy cardboard box.

Maybe in a few years he’ll be a train cattendant. Or a ticket paw-fficer.

This career cat chased his dreams (and lots of mice) all the way to the big time.
