Lindsie Chrisley has shared a personal update with her podcast audience, revealing she plans to stay celibate for the next 365 days.
The 36-year-old, best known as the daughter of Chrisley Knows Best personality Todd Chrisley, discussed the decision around a month after her former boyfriend, David Landsman, was arrested on allegations including misdemeanor battery and felony aggravated assault/strangulation.
She also said this change isn’t limited to sex, explaining that she’s stepping back from engaging with men altogether and is finished with ‘having conversations’ with them.
In the May 18 episode of her podcast, the reality TV figure said she felt the choice was ‘the healthiest thing she could do at this moment’.
To stay committed, she added that she’s ‘marking it down on a calendar.’

Chrisley told listeners that putting the goal out publicly is part of how she plans to hold herself accountable, adding that she believes ‘no one can talk her out of it’.
Before her relationship with Landsman, Chrisley was married to Will Campbell, with whom she shares her 13-year-old son, Jackson.
The pair were together for 12 years, and in the episode titled A 365-Day Promise, she reflected on how well they understood each other after first meeting in 2009.
“Those are all things that I’m like, will I ever be able to learn that with another partner? The answer right now is no,” she told listeners.
“I am not prepared,” she admitted. “ At 36, it does feel like the middle of my life and I truly don’t think that I could endure any more trauma than what I’ve already gone through.”

She went on to say she doesn’t believe she’ll be faced with more hardship, adding that ‘God’s not going to do that to her’.
“He’s like, ‘Okay. I gave you all that you need to handle, and now we’re going to go into a healing state,’” she said.
Even so, Chrisley made it clear she hasn’t given up on the idea of finding a lasting relationship.
“I want to be a wife. I want to be somebody’s life partner. I want to raise kids with someone. I want to have a home life. I wanna have dinner every night at a kitchen table,” she said.
Chrisley became widely known in 2014 when Chrisley Knows Best debuted on the USA Network, though she exited in 2017 following Season 5.
The series was later cancelled by USA Network in November 2022 after Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie were convicted and sentenced for tax evasion and bank fraud.
The couple were released from prison last May after they were pardoned by Donald Trump.
