Vogue Head Anna Wintour Severs Ties With Kanye West Amid Outbursts

Kanye West’s high fashion ties are crumbling around him, with Vogue’s main boss no longer wanting anything to do with him following his erratic conduct and anti-Semitic outbursts.

Anna Wintour, the fashion bible’s legendary editor-in-chief, has no plans to collaborate with Ye again, terminating a more than decade-long commercial and personal connection between them.

The debut of Ye’s ‘White Lives Matter’ T-shirts in Paris and his following rant against Jews were too much for Wintour.

West and Wintour have been friends since she welcomed him to the Met Gala in 2009 – Anna would later feature Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s 2014 wedding on the cover of Vogue.

A few weeks ago, the Vogue editor-in-chief sported Ye’s new sunglasses… a move that occurred only weeks before Ye’s now-famous Paris Fashion Week show, where he introduced the ‘WLM’ shirts.

Even after that, Anna attempted to reconcile one of her editors, Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, and Ye.

Gabriella and the Yeezy creator got into it on social media when she criticized his ‘WLM’ prank… and he attacked her fashion taste, suggesting Anna would despise a pair of boots Gabriella was wearing.

According to Anna, Kanye has been kicked out of Vogue’s inner group. This implies that Ye will no longer receive Met Gala invitations, cover shoots, or Fashion Week coverage.

Vogue’s move comes only one day after Balenciaga called it quits with Ye.

No man is an island, they say, but Kanye may be feeling like one in the fashion industry.
