Gunman Who Injures 2 People At Walmart Shot Dead By Armed Bystander

Police are investigating a crime involving a gunman who shot and injured two people. The gunman was shot by a bystander who was nearby.

The incident happened at a Walmart parking lot in Tumwater, Washington. Authorities were notified of a carjacking and shots fired.


When police arrived at the scene, they found an injured 16-year-old girl but no suspect. Her injuries were non-life threatening, and she was treated by paramedics.

The gunman was said to have gone inside the Walmart and started shooting at a store shelf. Customers were lining up inside when they heard the commotion. The gunman was said to have exited the store where he attempted to carjack a vehicle.

When he found a man in his car, he shot him when he refused to cooperate.


Several bystanders were outside the store when they saw this happening. They opened fire and fatally wounded the suspect.

The carjacking victim was flown by helicopter to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The victim’s condition is still unknown.

Police are still investigating the events as there were four separate incidents linked to the shooting. There were a total of three bystanders who pulled their guns on the suspect. The suspect’s motives are still unknown.
