- Two balloons
- White yarn
- 4 oz White Glue
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Christmas ribbon
- black buttons
- 2 Sticks
- Orange cone for nose – we used an icing piping tip painted orange
Inflate your two balloons so one is slightly smaller than the other. Tape the two ends together with scotch tape. Tape the yarn to the top of the balloon and start to wrap it around the balloons.
Trim the end and tape it down. In a bowl mix together the glue with the cornstarch and water. Paint the glue onto the balloon making sure to cover all the yarn. Let it dry completely.
Once it has hardened, pop the balloons inside the snowman and pull them out. Use a hot glue gun to slue on eyes and his buttons as well as his nose. Put the sticks into the snowman’s sides.
Add a Christmas ribbon and a top hat if you want and you are all set!
