Woman discloses her preparations for ‘rapture’ amid belief that world’s end is imminent

A woman recently shared her preparations for the ‘rapture,’ expressing her belief that the world is ending today.

According to her, today (September 23) is the day when Jesus will descend to gather his followers, leaving everyone else to manage on their own.

This prediction originates from a South African man who claims to have had a vision of Jesus.

Pastor Joshua Mhlakela asserted that Jesus will return on September 23 and 24, 2025, to ‘rescue the Christians out of the world.’ He said that Jesus disclosed this information to him in a vision.

During an interview with CettwinzTV, the pastor stated: “I’m not dreaming, I’m looking at him as he’s talking.

“He’s speaking through him mind. He says to me on the 23rd and 24th of September 2025, I will come to take my church.”

In response to this prophecy, some individuals have reportedly sold their possessions, such as houses and cars, in anticipation of being taken to the Holy lands when the trumpets sound and the savior descends to rescue believers.

For those who don’t believe, they may need to brace themselves for a battle on Earth where Jesus triumphs over his adversaries.

As the day is said to be today, many are scrambling to prepare for the event.

Melissa Johnston is one of those with a detailed plan in place.

“So I told you guys that every day, I’m doing something to prep my home for whoever is here after the rapture, so let me show you what I did today,” she shared on TikTok, presenting printouts labeled “Seven Seals, Trumpets, and Bowls.”

The printouts are intended to guide those ‘left behind’ with advice on what they ‘need to be doing to prepare’.

In other videos, Melissa reveals notes positioned around her home for people to find, detailing where they can access her food and medicine supplies.

She’s also amassed a collection of bibles and has written a note for non-believers that says: “Jesus Loves You / It’s not too late, take this bible, find other believers, Be careful who you trust. Do NOT take the mark in hand or forehead.”

In another video, a woman expresses her belief ‘with all my heart’ that she will be Raptured, though she will apologize if she’s mistaken.

She commented: “It’s bittersweet because I know we’re going home, but it’s just been such a blessing to be able to do this.”

She added: “Jesus is coming, ready or not, and if you don’t know Jesus, if you don’t know if you’re saved, if you question your salvation, the Bible tells us clearly, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, believe that he died on the cross for all of your sins.”

Among the videos on the aptly named ‘RaptureTok,’ are guides for selecting a rapture outfit and methods to get ready.

So, there are some who have thoroughly prepared in case this event occurs.
