Selena Gomez offers a sneak peek into extravagant wedding with Benny Blanco as couple ties the knot

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have officially tied the knot, sharing glimpses of their wedding with their fans.

The couple, who began dating two years ago, exchanged vows on Saturday, September 27, during an extravagant ceremony held in California.

Gomez, announcing the joyous occasion on her Instagram, posted a collection of photos from the event with the date ‘9.27.25’ and two white heart emojis as the caption.

The photos revealed a traditional wedding style, with Gomez donning a beautiful long white gown featuring a halter-style top adorned with floral accents and an open back, while Blanco opted for a classic black and white tuxedo complete with a bowtie, both outfits crafted by Ralph Lauren.

The snapshots captured intimate moments of the couple embracing, kissing, dancing, smiling, and holding hands.

Among the images was a Polaroid-style photo showcasing Gomez’s elegant bouquet of white flowers. Others captured the newlyweds on the grass, with Blanco resting his head in Gomez’s lap.

A brief video clip also depicted the couple holding hands and joyfully skipping away.

Prior to their wedding, Gomez stirred excitement in August when she posted a photo of herself kissing Blanco’s cheek, captioned: “About last night’s wedding.”

Fans speculated whether Gomez had a secret or small wedding, as the couple had announced their engagement only last December.

However, it turned out the image was from another wedding, that of rapper Lil Dicky and Kristin Batalucco.

Later, Gomez and Blanco began sharing pictures from their respective bachelorette and bachelor parties, further fueling anticipation for their own wedding.

Gomez celebrated her bachelorette party on a luxurious yacht in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on August 23, while Blanco shared images from his time in Las Vegas.

Providing fans with a peek into her bachelorette festivities, Gomez posted photos of her outfit and veil, which bore the embroidery ‘bride to be’.

Another picture showed her lounging on a couch under large balloons spelling out “Mrs Levin,” reflecting Blanco’s birth name, Benjamin Joseph Levin.

The couple, who released their collaborative album, “I Said I Love You First… And You Said It Back,” in March, have been open about their wedding aspirations.

In a Today show appearance, they expressed a desire for a ‘pretty casual’ wedding, complete with pickles.

While speaking on the Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware podcast in April, Gomez and Blanco admitted they hadn’t planned much for their wedding aside from the food and including the Jewish dish, challah.

Blanco shared: “We haven’t figured out like anything in our wedding yet — the only thing I’ve said straight up, as a part of the food, is that I want Jake [Cohen] to do the challah.”

“That’s all I care about. He makes the best challah I’ve ever had.”

Gomez also mentioned they might forgo their first dance, as she found the idea ’embarrassing’.

When she earlier announced their engagement, her caption read: “Forever begins now,” to which Blanco responded: “Hey wait… That’s my wife.”

Following their wedding, Blanco commented under their post: “My wife in real life.”
