Kim Kardashian Informed of ‘Low Brain Activity’ in Surprising Moment After Serious Health Diagnosis

Kim Kardashian was stunned when a doctor informed her that she has ‘low-brain activity’ following a scan designed to detect life-threatening conditions.

In recent episodes of The Kardashians, Kim has been candid with her viewers about her health concerns and potential future issues.

During a conversation with her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim revealed that she had been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.

Kim underwent a comprehensive full-body MRI, called a prenuvo scan, aimed at early diagnosis.

She explained to Kourtney, “I did a Prenuvo scan, and they called me today, and they’re like, ‘Everything looks great. But you have an aneurysm in your brain.’

“They’re like, ‘It’s been there for like years. It was here a few years ago’.”

While the situation might not be immediately dangerous for the reality TV star, a brain aneurysm can potentially be fatal.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, a brain aneurysm is essentially a weakened blood vessel in an artery located in or around the brain. Most aneurysms are small and remain harmless, but a rupture can be life-threatening.

In a recent episode, Kim consulted with Dr. Daniel Amen for additional brain scans.

During the sixth episode of season seven, Amen, renowned for his brain imaging expertise, discussed the brain health of both Kim and Scott Disick.

Amen started with positive news for Kim, noting that she had a ‘beautiful’ brain, which brought a smile to her face.

He also mentioned that she was not at a high risk for Alzheimer’s disease and was ‘not terribly stressed, not anxious, and not depressed,’ according to the scan.

However, he pointed out that her brain scan showed ‘holes’ that indicate ‘low activity’.

He explained: “The front part of your brain is less active than it should be. With your frontal lobes, as they work now, it would be harder to manage stress and that’s not good for you, especially as you’re studying and you’re getting ready to take the boards.”

Kim reacted by stating that it ‘just can’t be’ and was unwilling to accept it. Amen suggested that the result might stem from the ‘chronic stress’ she experiences daily while preparing for the California bar exam.

He advised that she should now focus on better stress management strategies.
