The Teen Mom personality has spoken about the huge sums she’s spent on cosmetic work, after revealing she can’t fully open her mouth.
Farrah Abraham became widely known in 2009 after appearing on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant, before joining spin-off series Teen Mom, where she featured across its first four seasons until 2012.
Now 34 and a mother to one child, Abraham has recently discussed the cosmetic procedures she’s had over the years, saying she’s dealing with health issues that she believes stem from them.
“I can’t use my jaw, I can’t open my mouth up normally,” she said on an episode of podcast Pillow Talk, hosted by Ryan Pownall.
She explained the issue as ‘degenerative disc disease’—a label health specialists often use to describe age-related wear and tear, rather than a condition considered a disease in the traditional sense.
While speaking on the podcast, Abraham said she’d prefer not to have any more operations, but feels she may have to pursue further treatment.

“I would like to just open my mouth for a hotdog, okay,” she added with laughter.
Abraham’s first cosmetic procedure reportedly came at 19, when she underwent breast augmentation.
She has also previously claimed the price tag for her lip work alone is roughly $50,000, according to comments she made to the Daily Mail last year.
The 34-year-old has described her figure as a ‘million-dollar body’, estimating her total cosmetic spending sits somewhere between six and seven figures.
She also told the outlet that she hopes to get a face lift in the coming years.
“I’m all about preventative,” she said.

“People need to not shy away from that. And I’m in my 30s and that’s what’s up for 30-year-olds.”
The reality TV figure continued: “I don’t ever feel like I need anything, but it is preventative. I would rather do things younger so I can bounce back and heal and recover than later when it’s all stretched out, it’s more money, it’s more recovery time.”
Following her time on MTV, Abraham is now reported to make millions through creating online content on OnlyFans.
In a surprising change of direction earlier this year, the mom-of-one also filed paperwork tied to the 2026 Austin municipal elections—later saying she had mistakenly thought she was entering the race for mayor of Austin.
