Keely Shaye Smith celebrated her mother’s 82nd birthday with a family photo that put her burgundy satin dress front and center.
Smith, 63, shared the snapshot Sunday on Instagram alongside her husband Pierce Brosnan, 73, their sons Dylan, 29, and Paris, 25, and the birthday woman herself, Sharon Rose. The group posed before a candle-topped cake, with Brosnan wrapping his arm around his mother-in-law and beaming for the camera.
“Please join me in wishing a very Happy 82nd Birthday to my beloved mother Sharon Rose!” Smith captioned the post.
The comment section quickly filled with admirers of Smith’s slinky look. “You look beyond beautiful! 007 should worry!!!” one follower wrote.
Brosnan and Smith’s marriage has now stretched across nearly 25 years, dating back to their August 2001 wedding. The pair first crossed paths in April 1994 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where Smith was working as a TV correspondent.
“He was captivating,” Smith said in 2001 about that first encounter. “Tall, dark and handsome — everything that everybody would immediately be attracted to. He had this mischievous sparkle in his eyes. I thought, ‘Wow! Wow!'”
“I understand why women find him sexy, because he is an appealing man,” she added. “He really likes and appreciates women.”
The couple has kept their relationship visible on social media in recent years. Last April, Smith marked the anniversary of their first red-carpet appearance together in London with a throwback photo from April 1995.
“Still stepping out 31 years later. ✨,” she wrote. “Happy Anniversary my love! 4-8-94 was my lucky day.”
Brosnan reciprocated the public affection two years prior when Smith turned 60. He presented her with 60 roses and posted a photo of the pair smiling behind the oversized bouquet.
“Sixty roses for my brown eyed girl on her 60th birthday,” he captioned the Instagram post.
“Forever happy and blessed was I to be sitting there when you walked around the corner early one morning in Cabo San Lucas @keelyshayebrosnan,” he reflected.
The family gathering for Sharon Rose’s birthday comes after Brosnan and Smith were photographed smiling during a July dinner date at E. Baldi, a celebrity-frequented restaurant in Beverly Hills.
Brosnan, who played James Bond in four films from 1995 to 2002, has two sons with Smith. Dylan works as a model and musician, while Paris has pursued modeling and filmmaking.
The “Mamma Mia!” actor and Smith have maintained their public appearances together through the decades, from early red carpets to recent Beverly Hills date nights.
