Amy Schumer Reignites Taylor Swift Feud With Savage Travis Kelce Wedding Snub Joke

Amy Schumer has taken a playful swipe at not being on the guest list for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding celebrations.

As the couple’s star-studded wedding weekend at New York’s Madison Square Garden unfolded on Friday, July 3, Schumer appeared to joke on Instagram that she had missed out on the action.

The wedding itself followed a rehearsal dinner for around 100 guests on Thursday, July 2, before the main ceremony on Friday evening, with more than 1,000 people reportedly in attendance across the festivities.

Schumer’s first post showed her smiling in an orange polka-dot scarf, a straw sun hat, and a bright pink bum bag.

Her look certainly would have stood out in a packed Madison Square Garden.

Alongside the image, she wrote:

“Rehersal dinner was sick. Who know was she has planned for us tonight.”

She later uploaded another post showing her walking down an aisle beside her Life & Beth co-star Michael Cera.

That caption read:

“Okay so why weren’t we allowed in?”

The jokes landed with plenty of followers, and they also revived memories of Schumer’s long-running habit of teasing Swift in public.

One of the most widely remembered examples came in 2016, when Schumer posted about Swift’s orange-and-pink Atelier Versace gown from the Grammys, writing:

“Taylor, that’s not a thigh gap. This is a thigh gap,”

The post drew criticism at the time, prompting Schumer’s representative to clarify that it was intended as a joke and not a dig at Swift.

Meanwhile, the wedding weekend itself generated intense attention in New York, with crowds of fans and photographers gathering outside the venue and a reported no-phones policy inside.

Reports said the ceremony was officiated by Adam Sandler, with Swift’s brother Austin serving as Man of Honor and Kelce’s brother Jason as Best Man.

The bride was reportedly dressed in Dior couture designed by Jonathan Anderson, while Kelce also wore Dior.

Outside the venue, digital screens reportedly lit up to read: “JUST&T MARRIED!”

Details about the reception menu have also fueled speculation, with deliveries reportedly including lobster meat, multiple chicken preparations, fries, onion rings, and a Krispy Kreme van seen near the venue.

Schumer, for her part, seemed content to keep the joke light and make herself part of the conversation from the sidelines.
