Bunnie XO Stuns in Risqué ‘Sparkle Back’ Post as Jelly Roll Files for Divorce

Only a few months after Jelly Roll said at the Grammys that his wife had saved his life, the singer has now filed for divorce following nearly 10 years of marriage

Hours before the filing became public, Bunnie XO appeared to post a string of suggestive Instagram Stories that many are now reading very differently in light of the news.

The Dumb Blonde podcast host first uploaded a lingerie photo of herself while pulling down a bra strap, alongside the message “She’s getting her sparkle back.”

Metric’s Help I’m Alive was playing over the post.

About an hour later, she shared a screenshot of a text that read “Come here, let me show you what love feels like,” with J. Cole’s Power Trip used as the soundtrack.

She then posted a Snoop Dogg reel featuring the caption “You’re embarrassing, cut it out” followed by the line “Me about to take it up a notch.”

Those posts came shortly before reports emerged that Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, filed for divorce in Williamson County, Tennessee, in May, according to court records reviewed by multiple outlets.

The filing marks the end of a relationship that had lasted close to a decade and had often been discussed publicly by the couple themselves.

The development is especially notable because of comments Jelly Roll made about Bunnie earlier this year.

At the 2026 Grammy Awards in February, the pair appeared affectionate throughout the night, sharing kisses on the red carpet and celebrating together after he took home Best Contemporary Country Album.

While accepting the award, he became visibly emotional and addressed his wife directly.

“I would have never changed my life without you,” he said. “I would have ended up dead or in jail. I would have killed myself if it wasn’t for you and Jesus. I thank you for that.”

The breakup has caught many fans off guard, particularly because the couple had been set to mark their 10th wedding anniversary this August.

Over the years, Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO were open about the unusual path their relationship took. Their story began in Las Vegas after they met at one of his shows in 2015.

At that stage of his life, the singer was struggling financially, facing legal problems, and living in a converted van while trying to build a career in music.

The couple later said their bond turned romantic in 2016, and they married in Las Vegas that same year. In 2023, they went back to the same chapel to renew their vows.

In recent months, Bunnie XO has also been candid about rebuilding her own identity and career, sharing more personal updates with fans through her podcast, social media and memoir.
