The celebrity pair were among the many famous faces inside New York New Jersey Stadium, FIFA’s name for MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, as Spain took on reigning champions Argentina in the final of the first 48-team men’s World Cup.
Before heading into the luxury seating area, Chalamet had duties on the field. The Dune star appeared as an Adidas Stadium Captain, helping escort the official match ball onto the pitch ahead of kick-off.
Once he made his way up to join Jenner, though, the spotlight shifted quickly from the action below to the couple in the stands.
Chalamet, 30, was seen in a blue long-sleeved athletic top as he put his arms around Jenner. The 28-year-old entrepreneur wore a low-cut black top with sunglasses, and the two were later seen kissing while cameras rolled.
Photos and brief videos of the exchange spread rapidly across X and TikTok, with fans of both celebrities and pop culture commenting heavily on their high-profile date night.
Seated near other major stars, including Matt Damon, the couple were also seen talking, smiling, and holding hands during the pre-match ceremonies while Jennifer Hudson performed the national anthem.
