Will Smith reunited with ex-wife Sheree Zampino in Australia just days after wrapping his latest film.
The “Bad Boys” star, 58, and Zampino, also 58, were photographed smiling together as they arrived at Sydney Airport on Monday following the completion of “Supermax.” Smith kept things casual in a blue hoodie, gray sweatpants, a white hat and white sneakers, while Zampino opted for an all-black ensemble with sandals and a baseball cap.

The pair’s comfortable dynamic comes amid Smith’s renewed commitment to his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, 53, after the couple reconciled following a highly publicized seven-year separation. Jada revealed in October 2023 that she and the “I Am Legend” actor had been living apart for nearly a decade, though they remained legally married since 1997.

“After all those years trying to figure out if I would leave Will’s side, it took that slap for me to see I will never leave him,” Jada said in December 2023, referring to the 2022 Oscars incident where Smith struck Chris Rock on stage.

“Who knows where our relationship would be if that hadn’t happened?” she added.
The couple shares two children: son Jaden, 27, and daughter Willow, 26. Since reconciling, they have reportedly moved back in together, with a source saying in July that “they are happy and love each other and are, as ever, committed to supporting each other.” Jada also disclosed that the pair were “talking about writing a book together,” building on the success of their separate memoirs.

Smith and Zampino’s marriage lasted from 1992 to 1995, producing son Trey, now 33. Despite the divorce, the former spouses have maintained an unusually close bond over the decades.

That closeness was on full display at the 2022 Academy Awards, where Zampino joined Smith in celebration after his Best Actor win for “King Richard” — the same night as the altercation with Rock. She later posted a photo from the evening with the caption: “Epic Night! Congratulations again — when 1 wins we all win! #family1st.”
However, Zampino later admitted she struggled to process the violence she witnessed. “It was one of those moments where I froze,” she said at the time.

She continued to express hope for healing between the two men. “When Chris and Will can come together and heal in a public way and extend forgiveness to one another, do you know how many people that’s gonna help and set free? So, I see the opportunity in it,” she said.

Zampino’s visibility has risen in recent years through her appearance on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” where she occasionally offered glimpses into her enduring connection with the Smith family. Her arrival in Sydney carrying a maroon shopping bag from Banksia Bakehouse alongside a green tote suggested she had settled into the Australian portion of the trip with ease.

The Australia reunion marks another chapter in the blended family’s evolving narrative, with Smith navigating relationships with both his current wife and his former partner in the public eye. For her part, Jada has framed the Oscars slap as an unexpected turning point that ultimately solidified her dedication to the marriage.

Smith’s “Supermax” shoot has kept him abroad for an extended period, making the airport arrival with Zampino one of his first photographed public appearances since wrapping production. The film’s plot details remain under wraps, though the title suggests a prison-set thriller in line with his recent action-oriented output.

The exes’ ongoing bond defies Hollywood’s typical post-divorce dynamics, with Zampino regularly appearing at significant moments in Smith’s career and family life. Their Sydney arrival together — smiling, relaxed, and clearly at ease — offered the latest evidence that their three-decade connection endures regardless of marital status.
Smith’s upcoming schedule includes promotional duties for “Supermax,” though no premiere date has been announced.
