Donald Trump releases Super Bowl statement just before kickoff, opts out of attending game

As Super Bowl LX kicks off in San Francisco, Donald Trump has released a statement regarding his decision not to attend the event.

While musicians were wrapping up their pre-game performances and the New England Patriots prepared to face the favored Seattle Seahawks, President Trump took to Truth Social to share his thoughts. Last week, he mentioned to the New York Post that the distance made the event impractical for him to attend.

He expressed strong opinions about the event’s musical choices, stating he was unfamiliar with artist Bad Bunny. Trump remarked: “I think it’s a terrible choice. All it does is sow hatred. Terrible.”

However, he struck a more positive note as millions worldwide tuned into the sporting spectacle, declaring: “Enjoy the Super Bowl, America! Our Country is stronger, bigger, and better than ever before and, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!”

Stay tuned for more updates.
