Cassie Ventura made a rare public appearance in London alongside her husband, Alex Fine, at the “MobLand” Season 2 premiere on Thursday.
The 40-year-old singer and the 33-year-old fitness instructor walked the red carpet at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square, marking one of Ventura’s few sightings since she relocated abroad earlier this year. She wore a gray bustier dress with pointed-toe brown pumps, while Fine opted for a black knit sweater with matching pants and shoes.
Fine appears in the crime drama as Donnie, sharing the screen with Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, Paddy Considine and Helen Mirren. The couple, who share three children, have kept a low profile since Ventura’s testimony at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial.
Ventura formally severed her U.S. Ties in May, filing court paperwork that stated her intentions plainly.
“I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States,” she wrote in the documents.
By June, reports surfaced that the “Me & U” singer had settled into a quieter routine overseas. An insider described her as “living a very ‘normal’ life now” and said she was “focused on family, routines and being present.”
“At the end of the day, her biggest priority is her kids,” the source added.
The same insider noted that Ventura “wants to be a strong, healthy example for [her kids] and show them what it looks like to choose yourself, set boundaries and move forward even after really difficult experiences.”
Ventura’s testimony in May 2025 came more than a year after she filed a lawsuit against Combs in November 2023, a case that was settled within 24 hours but opened the floodgates for numerous subsequent allegations against the music mogul. On the stand, she told a New York City jury about alleged abuse spanning her relationship with Combs from 2007 to 2018.
The mother of three testified that Combs, 56, raped and abused her during their 11-year relationship and forced a male escort to urinate in her mouth during what she described as a “Freak-Off” party.
Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He is currently serving his sentence at New Jersey’s Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution with a release date set for Feb. 5, 2028.
The London premiere offered a glimpse of Ventura’s new chapter, one deliberately constructed away from American soil and the legal spectacle that consumed her past. Her presence supported Fine’s expanding acting career while maintaining the family-first approach she has embraced since the trial concluded.
The “Long Way 2 Go” singer’s relocation represents a sharp break from the life she detailed in court, where she spent over a decade under Combs’ influence before their 2018 split. Her testimony, delivered nearly seven years after the relationship ended, became a cornerstone of the federal government’s case against the Bad Boy Records founder.
